EUSTIS – After more than 10 years on the market, the Sharp’s Mobile Home Park in Eustis has finally been sold. The new owner is developer Hansel Rodriguez of Delaware-based COARE Communities LLC, who had met with residents of the park on Nov. 29 meeting when he was exploring the purchase from longtime owner Wilma Sharp.

EUSTIS — Residents of Sharp’s Mobile Home Park in Eustis, faced with the specter of eviction for almost a year, may no longer have to worry about what fate awaits them. Several months after a deal to sell the park to a local developer fell through, a different developer has emerged with plans to keep the community intact and allow the residents to remain.
