

Mike Sarisky
Role: Vice President of Operations
Experience: Mike Sarisky is the Vice President of Operations of COARE Communities, focused on all operational aspects of our main mission of providing affordable housing across the United States.
Mike has served 26 years in the Property Management industry, and he has held every position within the Property Management arena, from an Assistant Community Manager up to the President of Property Operations. Mike has been involved in Privatized Military Housing, Single Family Housing, Multi-Family Housing, Affordable Housing and Luxury High Rise Apartments.
Mike is a decorated combat veteran who served in the US Army Field Artillery and attained the rank of First Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division. He has earned a Bronze Star Medal and a Meritorious Service Medal and is a member of the prestigious Sergeant Morales Club, for displaying exemplary leadership skills.
Fun Facts: Mike is passionate about sports and is a die-hard fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, the Boston Celtics, and the Cleveland Guardians. Mike is also a car fanatic with an emphasis on vintage Muscle Cars and loves attending Car Shows.

Christian Taboas
Role: VP of Asset Management
Experience: Christian Taboas serves as Vice President of Asset Management & Corporate Strategy at COARE Communities, where he is responsible for portfolio performance, financial strategy, operational efficiency, and execution across the firm's multifamily holdings.
Christian brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across multifamily real estate, retail operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining COARE Communities, he served as Director of Operations at Cortland Property Management, where he oversaw a $1.2 billion, 5,143-unit portfolio of Class A and B multifamily communities across Florida. In that role, he held full fiduciary responsibility for P&L management, capital planning, and business plan execution, and partnered directly with the investment team to develop acquisition underwriting models and operating budgets that were presented to executive leadership. He directed the integration of eight communities (3,245 units) acquired from six different management companies within 18 months, and led eight full-scope renovation programs covering more than 3,150 units. He also helped build the organization's Power BI reporting infrastructure to centralize portfolio-wide financial and operational data for leadership decision-making. Prior to Cortland, Christian had experience at Floor and Décor, and Advance Auto Parts. At Advance Auto Parts, the last role held was Vice President of Operations and Sales, overseeing 150+ stores, over $200M in annual sales, and 1,100 associates in the region.
Christian holds an MBA in Finance from the University of South Florida and a BS in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), bringing a disciplined, risk-aware approach to financial oversight and asset management.
Fun Facts: Christian is a father of 3 beautiful daughters and spends his weekends at soccer fields with his daughters, who currently play competitive Soccer. He is an avid golfer and a huge sports fan.

Ryan Butler
Role: VP of Acquisitions
Experience: Ryan Butler serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at COARE Communities, leading the Company's origination, underwriting, and execution of new acquisitions within the Manufactured Housing sector.
Ryan brings a decade of private equity real estate experience spanning the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, executing business plans, managing portfolio performance, and driving liquidity events including sales and refinances. His background combines direct to owner sourcing and broker relationship management with rigorous financial analysis, giving him a comprehensive view from initial deal identification through disposition.
Prior to COARE, Ryan worked for a best-in-class operator in the manufactured housing space, where he developed his acquisition skills and helped close more than 50 MHC/RV transactions over five years.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business, where he graduated Cum Laude as part of the Finance Honors Cohort.
Fun Facts: Ryan is originally from Chicago but now calls Florida home. He's an identical twin whose brother also works in commercial real estate, a proud dog dad to a young German Shepherd, and enjoys traveling with his girlfriend and staying active through fitness.

Brahan Gamarra
Role: Associate, Acquisitions
Experience: Brahan Gamarra serves as an Associate of Acquisitions, supporting the acquisitions team in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential investment opportunities within the Manufactured Housing sector.
Brahan joined COARE as an intern, helping to lead the company in off-market acquisitions. Prior to COARE, he was a Sales Manager at a mobile home manufacturing company, where he worked closely with mobile home dealerships and park operators. Brahan focuses on building purposeful connections with park owners and ensuring their satisfaction—a passion that continues to drive his work.
Fun Facts: Originally from Lima, Peru, Brahan was a member of the men’s soccer program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He now resides in metro Atlanta, where he coaches youth soccer.

Hansel Rodriguez
Role: Principal
Experience: Hansel currently sits as Principal of investment strategy and acquisitions across COARE's various investment strategies.
Prior to COARE, Hansel worked as an Associate at Eastdil Secured, the premier real-estate investment banking and investment sales firm headquartered in New York. At Eastdil, Hansel supported the acquisition and disposition of complex NNN office and nuanced sale-leaseback portfolio transactions ranging from $100 Million - $1.0 Billion of size. Prior to Eastdil, Hansel spent 3 years in corporate advisory supporting large public takeovers of Building Products & Homebuilding companies at Wells Fargo Securities. During his tenure, Hansel supported the advisory efforts of numerous transactions including Stanley Black & Decker's $1.9 Billion takeover of Newell Tools.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Hansel began his real-estate career in multi-family and affordable housing development at Taft Development Group, a multi-family developer with 4,500+ MF units and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial developments to date. Prior to Taft, Hansel worked in leasing and property management at Education Realty Trust (“EDR”), the pioneer of student housing which was subsequently acquired by Greystar in 2018 for $4.6 Billion.
Fun Facts: Hansel volunteers on the Friends of St. Judes fundraising committee for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and serves as a Disaster Response Volunteer for the American Red Cross.
